Why scam?

After 60 working days after the request for payment (Mar,17 2010) not received anything.
I sent messages to the admins and not received an answer.
If you have attention on the "payment proofs" can be seen to be false (it is impossible to see the banner of a user being the same value as the payment because you must click at least once a week as can be seen in "terms of service ")

Anyone with a little common sense, should know that its not possible to receive $10 for 1 click, I have yet to see a site that pays $0.05 per click, so any site promising you more that $0.02 a click is probably a scam, just my opinion....
