I liked the productions but you could have made the moves more subtle.

Try pulling down the deck so the top is still. Ideally, you could use a pinky count, but this takes practice. Otherwise you could use short cards if misdirection is not possible.

As for the switch itself, you made the jog too obvious. Rub two cards at each hand to show you are trully holding 4 cards and when you put them together, you can have the second card slightly outjogged. About one 4th-5th of the card is just fine.
