Dr Gangrene's Movie of the Week - Episode 9 - The Monster Club

Doc Gangrene recommends a Vincent Price film this week - The Monster Club. It is an Amicus anthology film starring Vincent Price, John Carradine, Britt Ekland, and Donald Pleasance - directed by Roy Ward Baker. It is a fun, although not terribly terrific movie - proving once more Dr. Gangrene recommends what he likes, not necessarily what are the best, movies.

Dr. Gangrene! Where have you been? Loved watching your show here in TN (not too far from N. Shackle Island Road I might mention). But then the show disappeared and we went through the digital TV transition- so now I watch all my tv/movies online. This is one of my favorite movies! Are you broadcasting online? Man, would love to watch you again!

A truly fun movie! My favorite story from the film is the Stuart Whitman "Humghoul" story. If you can hunt down the film "The haunted Palace" it is probably my favorite Vincent Price film, you'll love it!
