  • Hi there,

    Song is: Lullabye

Album: Goodies Old Is New: Backseat Romance

    Bye!

  • The car is for sale now: 20.000 Euro is the minimum price. Its hard to find a car like this with matchning numb., original 348 big block in this condition in europe! Its your chance! German classic Car Assosiation "Classic Data" has judged this car with "Condition 2". "Condition 1" means a new car!

  • what a beautiful car!!!!

  • one of the true ss cars (sport sedan) i belive they look better than a 2 door ht the 2 door verson looks like it aint correct size wise

  • this is a long ways from a coupe its a 4 door hardtop.

  • Hi, This is my 1960 Chevy Impala Coupe, I received Christmas gift in 1960. I was eight years old,

  • Center light in back should be white, was a backup light

  • Our next door neighbor, in Norwalk, Ca., had a white 1960 Impala like this one (the 3 tail light configuration told you it was an Impala ~ 2 tail lights was a Bel Air and 1 tail light (on each side) was the Biscane. The 348 (known as a "W" head motor) was originally designed as a Chevy truck engine and from that block the famed 409 Chevy was born ~ dual quads, 425 factory rated H.P. By the beginning of my freshman year (Fall 1961) it was one of strongest street cars around.

  • I grew up in Norwalk, California ~ my high school was in the neighboring community of Santa Fe Springs. Just a few miles N.E. of my school was Whittier Blvd. (in Whittier, Ca.) and on the weekends we cruised Bobs' Big Boy restaurant on Whittier Blvd. I can still remember driving thru the parking lot, over and over and over ~ playing "I Get Around" on my AM radio by the Beach Boys. Some of the best days of my life.

  • My first car was a 1957 Chevy, bought it during the summer between my junior and senior year (1964) at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe Springs, California. My dad helped with the purchase ~ had the car until I was drafted (Vietnam) in early 1969. So many stories; crusing, double-dates, triple dates and even (once) a quad-date (8 of us) in my '57! When I got back from the war I bought a brand new 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner ~ orange w/black vinyl top & pistol grip 4-speed.

  • BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!!! I HAD AN IMPALA TOO, BUT IT WAS 1964....I MISS IT SO MUCH!!!!
