  • I appreciate the opinion. Keep in mind this is not a one size fits all kind of exercise. Not very goal is acheived just because its a bench press. This is a great exercise for building up work capacity or GPP (ala Westside Barbell). You use it as a supplement to your training not a replacement.

    As for hurting your lower back, thats completely false. Your entire upper torso, to include your head is supported and your lower body stabilizes. Even with a weaker core you should be fine doing these.

  • total waste of time..good way to hurt your lower back..when i work my chest i wanna concentrate on my chest and i also wanna overload it so it will grow..these balls should be outlawed
