@mpreid Adjust the depth of the blade on the blade assembly to match the pressure that you have set. To do this, you take the blade assembly out and turn the knob at the top until the number on it matches the pressure you have set. So if the pressure on your machine is a 5, make sure the depth of the blade is at 5.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I am trying to cut regular card stack and it will not cut through. I even bought the deep cutting blade and housing and it still won't cut through. I have speed at min. and the pressure on max. I've had the machine for about a month now and I am very dissapointed.
