  • This is a great workout. I discovered it by pure chance, and i´ve been following James´s work with respect. I incorporated this workout on what i do every week, and i saw the results: in two weeks, i jumped from 50kgs on the bench to 70 kgs!!! Cheers James, keep rocking! Greetings from Lisboa, Portugal!

    I tried it with 30kg's
