@lamprenen A great 'low tech' tip in the winter is to cover the fresh air intake with clingfilm, then open the vents in the centre of the dash and put the fan on. This means the heater is taking air from the cabin, passing it through the matrix and pumping it back out the warm air vents. The cycle then begins again so the cabin air recirculates through the heater and just gets hotter and hotter. Sooner or later you need to open a window. It's great.
You know you have up to 15 minutes of record time on youtube now right? I've seen older vids where you are trying to finish within 7 minutes and your newer ones are about that length so I was just wondering.

I would like to add from my total refurbishment of the heating system on my B, that the uprated fan, motor and matrix are a huge boon, but probably the single most beneficial thing to renew is the foam around the matrix, and between the box and bulkhead, which is only a few quid.
