@2010Pianogirl - Hi. I don't have "plans", I used materials I already had around the garage from other projects, and a built the stand using the shape of the treadmill.
Right after this video was taken I added a lower platform with room for a wireless keyboard and a mouse. The set up consists of a platform for the laptop and comfortable viewing height, a platform for a keyboard at correct ergonomic level and the original platform the hold any remotes (TV, Apple TV, etc.)
@2010Pianogirl - Materials used: PVC pipe & joints, tapping screws, scrap stainless steel brace parts from an orthotics place at which used to work, scrap masonite, anti-skid tape (like you put on stairs) to keep the laptop from sliding on masonite.

@terts Also used neoprene (mousepad material) to hold the keyboard & mouse. The whole thing is truly a custom job.
