@vdubnerd I do. i use objects to hurt myself. put my fists through stuff. i get so angry over nothing. i take my aggression out on myself. ive lost my whole world because of it. my girlfriend has reccently left me because shes tried, but cant deal with it. i scare the fuck out of her. and what makes matters worse is i beat myself up because its my fault. i know i have a problem. and i refused to do anything about it, and now im paying for it. im workin on my relationship, but its gonna taketime
