@paradynexus I really appreciate your fast responses. Do you know if Mercalli V2 degrades the image at all when stabilizing?

@Meven2001 I am using a PC running Adobe Premiere CS5 with Mercalli V2 on a 64-bit Win7 Intel Core 7. I have to say that Mercalli v2 was definitely worth it. I also use a Steadicam Merlin to help stabilize shots during the recording.

@paradynexus You really interest me. I got Adobe Premiere CS5 and got my camera Tuesday. Could you tell me if you are on MAC or PC ? I am looking for a good stabilization software and i hear a lot of good things with Mercalli.

@Orsetti I used the Canon 5D MKII w/ EF 16-35 f/2.8L. Audio was just off the camera itself. I'm also using a Steadicam Merlin. I'm producing w/Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and Mercalli V2 for additional stabilization.

Hi, looks good. Which camera did you use?
Umn.. Mercalli will zoom in your image slightly. If you are downconverting 1080p to 720p you won't notice a difference. Standalone is a separate app, the plugin works directly with Adobe Premiere so it's much better.

Just another question. What is the difference between the standalone and plugin version? If I got the standalone would I not be getting the same thing for cheap price?

@Lyricalmovement2010 The standalone app is just a program that you run on your computer than converts the raw videos into smoothed versions. In my opinion the plugin is absolutely critical if you want to include de-shake in your work flow. Going to a separate app takes forever.

I want to get the trial version of it first. Do you know the limitations or how many days we can use the trial version? Is there a watermark too? Thanks.

@Lyricalmovement2010 The trial version was not available when I ordered it. Sorry I don't have that info.
