@coughin05 haha..2 years..oh well it"s never too late...that person is either Caduca(she is quite old now*.Or a normal keeper . The keepers were in a state of alert because the glyphs were changing.See when he or her hide the paper ?....and when keepers find something they usually keep it hidden and tell what they found out to their superiors.And they were seeking the betrayer.So they are now part of a secret community where they keep secrets from each other

One thing i've noticed at around 0:14 there's a curve in th glyph she wrote, but then at 0:24 it's gone.

i guees it is Kaduka writting something then thinking that it is a bad ideea and putting it in somwhere safe
