I think the MC loves yukiko more than any girl in the game. it is just derived from my opinion, but judging from the max s. link scenes with other girls :

Rise: she hugs MC, he never hugs back

Chie: the MC has 2 choices whether to hug her or not

Naoto: Just sitting on the couch

Yukiko: we don't even have any choice and he hugs her himself
