  • @CorrerPorVida That's great news! Keep training hard! Be sure to change your pullup grip from wide, to medium to narrow, to palms facing you and away as well as mixed grip! That will weave all your muscle fibres in nice and strong! You got me inspired; I'm going to bang out some chins now! Cheers!
