What you people talk about the constitution when you could be be praising the greatest leader in history. Right up there with Marx , Lenin , Stalin and Chairman Mao. Castro, Hugo Chavez and Robert Mugawbe couldn't hold a candle to the way to Lord Barak Hussien Obama is distroying the U.S.A. He is able to do all this play golf ,basketball and pick the final four. @chewbaca1989 Nothing I have said could possibly lead you to that conclusion. I am in favor of the constitution and want to see it upheld plain and simple. It is the bill of rights which guarantees freedoms from government control and the states are forced to recognize the bill of rights because of the 14th amendment which RP wants to get rid of. You don't think that certain states would love to reinstate the fairness doctrine and limit free speech if they had the choice that RP is in favor of?

You seem to be a fan or the Government powers being expanded when using Amendments. For example the Federal Reserve and the IRS. This give the tools for them to regulate gold and silver that was the legal tender under the Constitution.

do you know what? James Stewart's character is a lawyer/politician who gets ahead because of something someone elses deed...think that is quite funny. Barack has nothing to stand on, so he has to take credit for something he really didnt do.
