great work...from cnc mill,linkages,frame and carbon fiber fabrication...taught you would incorporate nuvinci's gear ratios in your drive gear..

AISI 4130 for welded material and spaceframe tubes.
AISI 4340 for machined, rotating transmission parts.

how gears are changed? with a lever and hand cluch or something eletronic?

By a shift lever which has a cleverly integrated clutch throw with every shift.
