I think it looks a lot worse than it was...shes a puppy and will eventually get used to grooming the more she goes. Most puppies are like this at first. I dont think he was TOO rough but i would have given her a little break. It isnt good to stress them out too much. I started grooming my shih tzu myself and his fur is very thick and even now, he is 1 year and 4 months and i have to split his grooming into two days just cuz he gets impatient and wants to go play so i do his face and paws one da
PS There are two ways to deal with dogs, in kindness where they come to love what they do and look forward to it, or through pain and hardship. Im afraid the later is true for this groomer. My current dog wouldnt let anyone touch his paws, but with time he will not only let me touch his paws but do his nails and everything else. DOGS THRIVE WITH KINDNESS NOT PAIN.
Aww this is pure torture, poor baby. That isnt kisses its the dog defending itself, a believe me I know the difference. The poor things is frighened. I would never take anything to this groomer at all. His rouch and miss handling the poor we thing and probably traumatised the poor pup for life. The teeth cleaning is horrendous, how would you like your mouth pinched that way. Its not wagging its tail in friendship its in aggression.
I was scared when they got to the eyes the tip was close to poking the eye omg i recommend elegante groomer my dog loves her groomer she always gets excited when she sees her and she is very gentle she will greet the dog first and she has some dog training experience
I would not take my dog there. My shih tzu drags me to the door of his groomer. He adores her. SHe spends all day kissing them, literally. She is very gentle and I have stayed and helped her hold the difficult ones, but she was still loving towards them. SHe also never clipped their paws like he did, she dremels so there is no cutting too short.

You are terrorizing this dog! You should gain it's confidence, you should not need two people holding the dog.You were strangling it at one point!!

@kokovorm - I said the exact same thing. I would be very upset. He was not gentle or kind at ALL.
