Awaken O, America

The tea partiers have every right to free speech. Sadly, they have chosen to use this right to advocate that those without the money to survive on their own should be left to die in order to spare the superrich from paying just a little more, at a time when the top 1% of the country holds the highest percentage of the country's wealth in a century. Many tea partiers have argued that the president is "not American". If these don't constitute advocacy for bigotry and greed, I don't know what does.

It's ironic that neither you nor any of your ilk protested in the streets when Bush was shredding the 4th Amendment (illegal wiretapping), 5th Amendment (detaining people without trials), and Articles I and II (signing statements to justify ignoring entire sections of passed laws). But I digress.

Unlike Bush, Obama and the current Congress are actually following the Constitution (read Article I, Section 8 more carefully).

If you believe that supporting the Constitution and the limited government it describes is bigotry and greed...more's the pitty for you. Those people, by the hundreds of thousands, represented all creeds and colors...and our soldiers fight for their right of free speech as much as yours or anyone else's...and most of those folks actually support the troops in the mission they volunteered for. Seems like it is your own petty politics that are showing...and that's not what this video is about.

Well, the initial pictures are beautiful.

But how dare you juxtapose photos of our military heroes with a right-wing demonstration advocating bigotry and greed? You should be ashamed of using our troops for your own petty political purposes.
