if men are willing to go to jail for this cause yet many feminist still think men dont care equaly about children then id like this situation to be reversed they pay us child support we keep the kids and THEY go to jail in the hopes of one day they could see their kids... jeez it gets on my last nerve... fathers4justice are just asking for EQUAL parenting time for christ sake

we have hundreds of thousands of decent parents being prevented from having or affording a say in their children's lives this governments polices have made the UK 21st down the list of industrialised nations for the well being of all children as revealed by a 2007 Unicef report,

that is simply not good for any child even if both parents are still together with their children.

Personally I think an assumption of "shared-care" at the very outset of a marriage (they do this in Australia?) is the best policy. The one we have now is Dickensian. I admire the b***s of "Fathers4Justice" (excuse the pun - not intended), at least they are getting the issues out there being discussed - which is what is needed! Less pussyfooting with Cafcass beaureacrats and more very essential activism please.

Cafcass Officers (not legally trained and have no concept of legal principles) and hold more sway than the presiding lay magistrates (I have my view of anything "lay" in court) Their reports read as if written by a five year old and are untruthful and innacurate. What Socialist introduced corruption is this burgeoning in the very heart of the English(!?!) Judicial System? This is far more insidious and sinister than European Law could ever be and a threat to our basic liberties.

Talking from my own observations of Cafcass. Allowing children "free-will" to decide where they live and who they live with (I was naieve until the age of 21) is not always in the best interest of the child.

However, it is in the best interest of the Legal Services Commission and the Legal Aid Provision set aside by the Government.

Blair's Socialism has introduced these priviledged, educated, middle-class, unworldly and inexperienced ex-social workers into family ... c.n.t'd.
