Team Fortress 2:Steam error Please Help :(

I buyed the orange box,
i signed up to the steam and i installed all the games of the orange box
but in tf2 this screen appear:
this game is not avaible at the moment
please retry later O_O

here is how do you solve it:

go to your steam folder and delete the clientregistry.blob file

@JJHHAAAA well ialready solved this since i buyed a new pc (the old one was 6 years old and really laggy) so thanks for the advice,i dont delete this video since there are a lot of useful helps about solving this problem if it turn out again

i just got it now when i set some ting on options in the game into run in a window then it kicked me out plz help :(

Right click the game in ur library, go to properties-localfiles-verify cache or smethin like that

I need help mine says "can't load unicode.dll" and it happens every time so please help.

@georgecooly well it worked after i did it 3 times.. but everytime i wanna play i press 1st time.. says not available and 2nd click works XD

@TheAlaaos dude just delete it and re-download it, worked for me but was a bitch to re-download
