Baileigh Industrial is proud to announce its newest bead roller, the BR-16E-36.  This unique machine is packed with all the features that metal formers have been asking for.  The BR-16E-36 has a massive 16 gauge mild steel capacity to go along with its 36" throat depth.  A 12" throat height allows the operator to roll prebent sheets without any of the clearance issues associated with other designs.

The BR-16E-36 also features a quick release top roll for faster material removal and allows the operator to start anywhere on the sheet with the same exact force the last pass had.  An inverter driven motor that is controlled by a foot pedal is also standard giving the most control possible.  Another great feature of the Baileigh Industrial BR-16E-36 is an adjustable bottom roll that allows the operator to offset the die.  An integrated depth stop and a unique quick change tooling assembly rounds out this impressive package.
