http://ScottThom.com here are some basic plyometric exercises that done two times a week will increase your jumping ability. Make sure to keep your volume low, 2 sets of 5-8 reps will do wonders especially, if the quality of your movements are stressed. Thanks for checking out the vid, and create a great day!!! -Coach T

  • I'm sure it's a universal training, not just P90X, I'm doing similar routine with Insanity. I do notice a big difference in my hop :)

  • good stuff....most of it looks like adaptations of p90x's plyometrics..but still good video

    very important to do low reps or you'll begin to work endurance, a no no if you're trying to gain inches on your vertical :D

    Maybe one day you can give us advice on proper jumping technique :D
