A Message from New York State's Deputy Secretary for Education - On Marriage Equality and Public School Learning

Over the past several months in some states around the country, certain groups have tried to paint a false and misleading picture of how marriage for same-sex couples involves public school learning.
Some have even made deceptive claims that a law allowing same-sex couples to marry would force young children to be taught about these marriages in their schools.

my son is home school and my duaghter is public school i teach my son for school he is homeschool my daughter is also homeschool alyssa is the only 1 in public school i'm so proud of her because i grew up with a family who has been homeschool k to 12th i also was homeschool that long but my daughter was homeschool when she was in 3rd grade she hated it! so she wanted to try out public and it was fun and cool and right for her my 2 other children think homeschool is right 4 them

Teaching females about heterosexuality, would actually raise their risk for HIV/AIDS infection, abuse, murder, and neglect, compared to lesbian life.

So why don't gay parents stand up and try to ban heterosexual marriage, to protect their lesbian daughters from learning about a dangerous alternate lifestyle known as 'heterosexuality'.
