I want it do both Leap and Gnaw or just gnaw if the pet is in melee range already.

But I can't get my to work. worked pre 4.1 tho. I use this

after 4.3 which recently came out Joe Terino pointed out a macro that has been usefull since they buffed Festering Strike. the macro is beter split into two seperate ones.

part 1

/use (Trinket)

/cast unholy frenzy

/cast festering strike

part 2

/cast festering strike

/cast Empower rune weapon ( to reactivate runes)

/cast necrotic strike ( for heals pressure)

the macro is basically jst to burst damage of 11k+ whille also applying pressure
