On a show that rarely gets emotional or touchy feely (one of the reasons I'm a fan), this is one of the most unusual episodes of The Footy Show. It starts off normally enough, but then Jim Stynes comes on to talk about his battle with cancer and his documentary (Every Heart Beats True). And then Shane Crawford arrives, completing his run from Adelaide to Melbourne for the Breast Cancer Network of Australia. Add to that the nostalgia of the fact that this was the last (or supposed to be the last) show recorded at Bendigo Street in Richmond and this is (in my opinion) one of the best, most unique episodes of The Footy Show ever.
