North Korea warns South that it will 'pay' for sea clash

North Korea has accused South Korea of staging a naval clash this week to raise tensions, and said it would pay for the provocation. The dispute comes days before a scheduled visit to Seoul by US President Barack Obama. FRANCE 24 met South Korean fishermen to know more about this issue.
