Yea those exercises are def legit for burning lots of calories. Gotta remember the difference between calorie deficits and just getting effective exercises in. People who focus on calorie burning to get a deficit usually gain it all back anyways. Search "your fit assist" cuz it explains it all and the risks too. Its pretty counter intuitive

point is that you start burning calories after 20 minutes of run/biking/swimming so u must train for a while before u're able to resist so long... then u must perseverate for a loooong time. It's not easy!
