How can George know about Doc? Though They never mentioned George's relationship with Doc in the movies. I've also noticed a few differences. One, Marty had a Huey Lewis & The News Poster in his room. Two, the amplifier in Doc's garage was blown out (because Marty maxed out the volume and power and destroyed it with one strum of his guitar) and made a huge mess because of it. I can understand the garage being cleaned up with George and Biff attending to it recently. But, wowsers what nostalgia.

@ValiantSirHale I think this is just a sequel to the story instead of a change, but it does feel a bit different from the original movie elements nonetheless.
