@redsan305 yeah but he just won this race with 7:37 you have to remmber that bekele best mark at the 3000m outdoors is 7:25 but i have to admit that komen has a much better time seeing as how komen can run 7:20.67

this is indoor and hes the world champion and its 7,000 metres shorter than his best event, and he holds the world indoor 2000m record, but yeah hes not that great, you could do better
