Chris gave me full access to this beautiful machine and after dialling in the grind and tamp I got this result
Please forgive my video skills as it was an impromptu test one day after it landed
On my next visit I will take with me some familiar beans and my BNZ conical grinder to see if I can better this beginners pour.

I would gladly oblige however the new Bezzera Strega uses a special group handle and a naked group handle is not available to use.

Beautiful, if loud machine. After my Olympia Cremina, it might be tough having to deal with vibe pump noise again.

Have you folks messed with the non pump plumbed in version?
