Your depth isn't the same as with 395 maybe it's because of distractions or maybe you need to take deload or it's b/c you're not strong enough.Anyway you're getting stronger and stronger each workout!That's awesome!Keep it up man!

@monkeris Looks a TINY bit deeper here to me, except the 3rd rep. I definitely do need a deload though, but I still want to try 405x4 tomorrow before a deload. That, plus my last final exam is tomorrow, so it'll be a huge mental and physical success for me.
I tried 405x1 yesterday (monday) and it was really hard for me. About as hard as the third rep of the 400x4 in this vid lol.... hope i get it anyway
