For those who have installed skype and does not have video calling option you should go into the main menu in skype (on your s2 obviously) and press the menu key->advanced setting and tick Force-enable video-calling and restart your skype and it should work

@blaquenoise the skype out now (unpatched) supports video calling so you can just download skype from android market or skype.com and your video calling should work.
