I own my property in Vancouver for longer that 20 years ,.. I have sen markets decline and gone way up ,. My first purchase was in declining market like it is today ,... I offered lover than asking price the seller was modified to sell and accepted my offer ,.. Six months later the market started to turn the other way and I made a huge amount of money that helped my finances to grow . I am glad to see this opportunity again This will be a great year for buyers!

I agree. The market in the lower mainland has been waaaaaaaaaay over priced for the past 3-4 years.

Give me a break. $500K for a condo is "positive"? The boom is over and the bust has begun. It will come close to destroying our economy, but if you have saved you will win in the end. Don't listen to these clowns.
