It was actually at the fault of the restaurant's owner.
Supposedly the fire marshall was there about a week or two previous to the fire, and marked up four(?) main fire hazards that should've been fixed immediately. And as you were probably guessing, the hazards were not fixed... suddenly boom, fire, etc.

@royazida no idea yet. Varying reports... some people are saying it was caused by fireworks. Others are saying it was intentionally set.
