Okay, Seth is a fantastic singer, he's quite intelligent and I adore his personality, but I'm not about to pretend that his shows are the cornerstone of high level artistry and intelligent writing. Just sounds like ass kissing. He seems capable of so much more than a lot of the derivative, uninspired crap he makes (with plenty of golden moments to be found in the crap, don't get me wrong).

i like seth and most of his work. but (and maybe this is because he parodies lounge singers so much in his show) i feel like he sounds like someone imitating a singer, rather than a real singer. it sounds kind of put on.
