Furthermore, a lot of jobs will require physical movement of some sort, and as such, her horrible physical condition will be detrimental. She might be able to pull off working as a bank teller, hotline operator, or something else that's relatively sedentary, but if she were going for a job that requires standing for extended periods of time, or heavy lifting, then she's probably not the right candidate for the job.

What job was she applying for exactly? Because if she was applying for a modeling position, then she should expect to be judged on her looks, because physical appearance is basically the bulk of the job.
