Women should be treated as equal when it comes to certain proffesional sitiuations. Example, equal pay for equal work, etc... But when it comes to realtionships, your right women are naturally submissive to a man of authority or what is called the alpha male. I also advocate the renaissance man being the model by which young black men should base their character on. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X.
