Canadian Fish Minister trawls the richest lobster fishing area in the world in Nova Scotia costing local fishermen over $80,000,000 at the wharf for $2m worth of scallops. Seafood consumers please be aware that bad choices are really really bad for future product too. Notice the brains exposed.

Unless the scallop is caught by a scubs diver it is trawled and you are needlessly killing the ocean;s creatures by eating it. Please never ever eat a trawled or dredged scallop!! Thanks for helping the ocean and real fishermen.

very against trawling, im an avid fisherman myself, hobby not job. im against trawling for what it does to the sea bed, unfortunatly its nto going to stop. everybody has a problem with something, long liners hate trawling, animal rights hate long liners, the list goes on and on. sorry your loosing money trawling seems shit.

@Elenie73 Draggerpeople aint fishermen but escavators that are destroying the fisheries for everyone. Scallop draggers and the people that eat theri stuff are domestic terrorists and too stupid to know it. Ban the carnage now!!
