I was doing the first movement and my sholder really hurt, and I took my arm back down and it really hurt for about 30 seconds, I think I have a trapped nerve have I made it worse? Or will this help?

MY SHOULDERS!! Lol. I actually found the beginner stuff easy, doing the Wii Fit poses all the time has made me a MASTER in beginners' poses! :)

A year ago my chiropractor told me that my spine had formed the opposite way of others and he told me that if I don't see him regularly, by the age of 20 I could be hunched over and I dont like that idea very much. haha. And as the economy is bad, I dont have the money to regularly see him. Do you think yoga could help atleast postpone this problem or help it, in any way? I find yoga calming.

@Emoni3040 I pull up my thigh muscles, just above my knees. That is how I stabilize my knees. Be careful no to lock them through overextending..

Hey my hip nerve (in the buttox) really hurts and my sensei told me i should start doing some yoga..can you tell me what exactly i need? thx keep it up :)
