Luciano Reciting Midnight Ride of Paul Revere

Wonderful, memorized recitation by a 5th grader at a County competition. Since he went over the time limit by 16 seconds and required 2 prompts, he was awarded a yellow ribbon, which signifies "an accomplished recitation of a demanding poem." Maybe this recitation deserved something a little higher? The green ribbon "honors an excellent recitation of a poem that is modereately challenging", a purple ribbon, "an exceptional recitation of a challenging poem", and the blue ribbon for a "magnificent recitation of a long, difficult poem." This poem is far more than the yellow ribbon description "a demanding poem" with 130 lines! Since the competition is on a points basis, why not list the ribbons for points awarded, not with a description of the recitition quality or difficulty of the poem. I know, words of a mom, but anyone agree?
