can you please make a video next time of different thai condiments that you would normally use or would recommend like soy sauce, vinegar, yellow bean sauce and the THAI brand that you prefer using. Sometimes when i go to Asian markets, i cannot figure out which one is normally used by THAI or other chinese households coz there's so many choices nd the brands sometimes are not even in English. I wish you can find time to make such, or perhaps give us a tour of your pantry? Khob kun!

wow suay mak mak!! .. i do have a question though.. no its not are you married.. when i was in thailand pad prik was one of my favourites.. but they always cooked it with liver.. do i do the same in this video with liver instead of chicken?? cheers sawadee kup
