  • I noticed that he bounces the bar off of his legs as soon as he gets past his knees. I've watched a lot of videos and noticed that some people do that while? is there a proper way or is it just preference?

  • @misztal2112 no, there is no "bounce" off the thighs, it appears that way because that is the point where the explosive extension happens. If he bounced off his thighs, the bar would travel away from his body and not in a straight vertical line

  • I wish all other videos "teaching the proper power clean" would be taken off and this be the only one. You cover all of the common questions and break down the lift and talk about each point of the olympic lift. Everything about this video is golden. Well done.

  • when i hang clean i dont lower the weight to my knees, i keep it at my waist and explode from there, i can get more weight that way, is that something i should fix? or is that alright?

  • when i end up with the bar in the front rack position my little fingers slip off the bar which fucks me for the jerk. any tips?

  • I have always had trouble with wrist felxibility at the end of the movement. Are there any specific stretches I can do to fix this?
