@sharonkatz77 I don't know which book she was using, but the direct piping on a cake with buttercream is the style of The Cupcake Cafe - Ann Warren in New York City. There is a book (don't know if that will be helpful). Ann Warren also made an appearance on Martha Stewart in the 1990's and did an AMAZING demo. Try to find the Martha Stewart Cake Decorating video (I have it on VHS). It is wonderful!

@PlainSeason I'm actually not sure, it's from a cd we have just labelled classical music lol. But the name of the music is listed under the video if you're interested :)

When you started to make the polen, at 7:22 I thought: "Man, this is so awsome!!". I really laughed, when seconds later at 7:25 your "Cool, yeah?" comment apeared, because it felt as if you could read my mind at the moment.
