There is just to much science to back up a breath test. Mouth alcohol is eliminated by the 15 minute observation. RFI and the test gets aborted no arguement there. If the maintenace on the instrument was done correctly and the arresting officer did his part your shit out of luck and money for an attorney. The only problem the average person doesnt know what to ollk for

Most people can drive fine and are not drunk at .08 BAC. I believe the legal limit should be raised to .15 BAC. And breathalyzers should be replaced with blood tests.
