Howdy Guys:)
I finally got around to doing my first Halloween tutorial of 2010. I decided to go with a skull makeup as it's one of the ones that'll always be popular and it's easy and inexpensive to do. And all you have to do costume wise is to get a long black cloak with a hood and you're good to go!
I wasn't too precise or happy with the teeth I added but at least it'll give ye an idea for the costume, and I've no-one to blame as I was rushing it big-time!!
Anyhow, hope ye enjoy the tutorial!
Sorry about the annoying crackly noise accompaning some of the voice over, I couldn't for the life of me get rid of it!

Corporal Levy said the guy was running a guitar repair business, but the instruments ended up in local pawn shops.Police have met with 5 people they said the repairman scammed and are set to meet with more.Online, Chris Gurganus looks like an expert guitar repairman but According to police, Gurganus never repaired the guitars. Instead, he took them to different pawn shops in the area.
