  • @shredbaz wat are u on about bro?

  • i lived in nz for 1 year and will be back asap! Where i live here in brazil we have specific place to race, do burnouts, put our subwoofers to melt and all that shit that we CAR LOVERS enjoy doing!

So yeah, NZ government, do something like that PLEASE!

  • @HumanRightsVideosT yes there are defilitly downfalls on both sides but it ends up effecting everyone in a negative way. continue in email?

When people start tipping stuff on the road and it wrecks the road they aren't likely to get a lot of sympathy.

    .

Cars are dirt cheap now. In about 1983 I can remember seeing an old Datsun 120Y with 140k on it (which means its stuffed) selling for $5000 at my local car yard. That's serious money in 2011 if you adjust it for inflation.

If you car is a wreck you will draw attention. A long time ago a friend of mine took an insurance payout rather than getting the car fixed and he regretted it as he got pulled up regularly.

    .

There is a certain place in the North Island where many of the cars on the road look like they haven't had a warrant for many years.

I've never had a ticket or been stopped for speeding in NZ. In the US I was stopped on my 2nd day, but he let me off as I had my parents with me.

In the US you can get busted for doing 1mph over the limit. In some places everyone was doing 30mph. A bit different to NZ.

I know of people who've got away with heaps of stuff in NZ. So I don't think things are tough here.

  • @ HumanRightsVideosT yea thats exactly what ive found :). my cars sumwhat underpowerd and 4wd so they last a while even under extreme conditions.

  • @HumanRightsVideosT haha thats a while ago :P yea cool cars and good drivers just out for a bit of fun. i wish it was like that now, instead the police have just gone balistic with stupid rules and exesve force and all its acomplished is escalation... shame :(
