personally, I dont think Redbird fans should be asking why Luddy got traded...the better question should be, "why the hell did we pay Holliday all that damm money, when no other team in the game stepped up to "out bid" us for him??" Matt Holliday is a very good ballplayer...but in no shape or form does he deserve all the loot he got, with his defense being what it is. Ludwick was a casualty of Pujols's extension being prioritzed, period...and you couldve kept him too if Matt had signed for less

@DwamnMan What blew tonite's game? Well, you could say the guys Tony switched around didn't perform up to par or you could say Tony had his fingers in the game too much. I'll go with Tony had his fingers in the game too much. How many times have we seen a game rolling along, going our way and Tony has to start screwing with things?

@DwamnMan Over the long haul, I would go with Albert Too. But so far this season, Luddy was our best clutch hitter. It was a dumbazz deal. We need a left side of the infield. Third base, SS and 2b are terrible as evidenced by tonite's game.
