'Burzynski' is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D. biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who won the largest and possibly most intriguing legal battle against the Food and Drug Administration in American history.

His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski's belief in and commitment to his gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970's called Antineoplastons, which have recently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and will begin the final phase of testing in 2010.

When Antineoplastons are approved, it will mark the first time in history a single scientist, not a pharmaceutical company, will hold the exclusive patent and distribution rights on a paradigm-shifting medical breakthrough.

Antineoplastons are responsible for curing some of the most incurable forms of terminal cancer. Various cancer survivors are presented in the documentary that chose his treatment instead of surgery, chemotherapy or radiation - with full disclosure of original medical records to support their diagnosis and recovery.

One form of cancer, diffuse, intrinsic, childhood brainstem Glioma has never before been cured in any experimental clinical trial in the history of medicine. Antineoplastons holds the first cure in history (curing dozens of them).

Right now people don't know what this is, how to get hold of it for themselves or their loved ones, or jack shit really. I lost my brother to cancer just last month, let's rewind a few months - how would this "trailer" have helped me or him?

I'm sick to death of "breakthroughs" but fuck all that real people can use.

The FDA is nothing more than a front for pharmaceutical companies. All of the heads of the FDA are former heads from these companies that hold the companies' interests above what's good for the people because a lack of regulations gives the companies, and consequently, the FDA heads, more cash.

Guess what? His medicine is in Phase 3 trials. You want to talk about unethical? How about the fact that the FDA is forcing brainstem glioma patients who will enter Burzynski's Phase 3 trials to undergo radiation? (by the way Burzynski is the first and only doctor in the history of medicine to have EVER cured an inoperable brainstem glioma) - how's that for unethical? Also given the fact that Burzynski has cured dozens of brainstem glioma patients using ONLY Antineoplastons.

I just watched it for "free". When you finally watch the movie, you will see that this doctor's treatment is the only real hope of survival for those with terminal cases of cancer. EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH THIS MOVIE.

Probably not the best place to ask, but i'll try anyone. I haven't found any kind of reputable scientific article about this, can someone please link me to a journal, with findings and mechanism of action at least of this?
