Now, first things first...

For the back view of the dog walking away I used both a scene from Wolf's Rain and a rough animation drawn by Kaylink on DA.

I used a horse walk cycle reference for the green furry horse (I know that's kind of random) that can be found here on YouTube. It was referenced more heavily than I had intended and unfortunately ended up looking very similar. :( I'm sorry about that.

The whale scenes were based on a documentary I saw on TV and quickly sketched on some scrap paper.

As I suppose we all know, there was a sequence near the end that was allot like "Love Will Find A Way" from Lion King 2. There are just no good ending sequences left. *pouts*

There was a scene from Balto I used for one of the nuzzle scenes.

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! I DID NOT TRACE ANYTHING!!

Now, for the actual description.

This was a school art project that I spent about 3 months on in total. I was going to wait to upload this so I could patch up some stuff but I just couldn't be bothered. Now that it's finally finished i can get down to animating LC.

This song actually already has a very well animated music video by GoblynAnimation. I've posted this video as a response if you want to see it. :)
Most of the animation was done in Flash MX apart from the particles (fireflies) and the titles at the beginning. I used Photoshop to make the backgrounds and Sony Vegas to put it all together.

Criticism is welcome as long as you don't make me cry. I spent a really long time on this and sacrificed my dear social life.
