Here's Kid Rocket (13 y/o) nursing on his favorite blanket, the one grandma made him for Christmas.

Why are these cats all so sweet and gentle. Lovely video. My video features a more angry Zydeco, now 4 yrs. old, sucking and kneading like there's no tomorrow. Check it out under Marlasioux - "Bizarre Behavior - Adult Cat ..." and tell me what you think about such aggressive behavior. I think he's not only the runt but part feral.

My kitty does this.
Admittedly, we did have her too early to be separated from her mommy, but she was born on a farm, and kept escaping the kitty pen. The farmer told us to take her home early because he didn't want her to run in-front of a tractor.

I hope my kitty does this!
I have fostered a kitten from about 1 week old to 3 months old and I can't resist still giving him one bottle a day. He was found among dead siblings and his mother had been hit by a car. I'm so glad I was able to save his cute little life!

Usually cats will end up sucking blankets or other materials if they have been separated from their mommy too early. in where i live the recommended age is 12 weeks for kittens to be separated from their mommys. I'm suprised many people don't know this. but if kitten leaves too soon from the nest they may face problems later on in life. Hope your cat is doing well :) it's cute!
